The scary part about ICE is that at point they truly did good work dealing with Human Trafficking .
Enforcement and Removal Operations is a very different beast from Homeland Security Investigations. The latter are still pros.

Montreal Police have suspended two officers after one allegedly pissed on a homeless person on duty.

I cannot fathom what sort of absolute degenerate would ever think to do this to someone. If proven, charge and fire.
I'm 100% with Brihard on this one. Clean out your locker, you're fired.

Law enforcement is hard enough on a good day. But to have these types of idiots in our ranks, treating the public like shyte "just because", doesn't make it any easier.

Syd Brown (1925–2011) was the long-serving president of the Toronto Police Association (1961–1977) and a pivotal figure in Canadian police labour relations.

The 1969 "Tin Cup" Protest

• The Stunt: In 1969, frustrated by negotiations with the police commission over low pay and working conditions, Brown posed for the June 1969 cover of Toronto Life magazine.
• The Image: He sat cross-legged on a sidewalk in full police uniform, holding a tin cup with a sign around his neck that read, "Please Give Generously."
• The Result: The public protest embarrassed the police commission and led to Police Act charges against him, but it successfully pressured officials and secured major wage and benefit increases (raising officer pay significantly).

Syd Brown also got two-man [ it was a different era ] cars for Metro.
