Mohammed Bekkali, 24, claimed he was the victim of 'racial and socio-profiling' after being hit with a fine for berating a female police officer and calling her vile names in an on-camera rant.

Bekkali has received at least four driving tickets in the past three years, including speeding at 55mph in a 30mph zone.

He was also caught driving 34mph in a 20mph zone and 63mph in a 40mph zone.

In 2020, he also pleaded guilty to using forged documents to commit a crime, and received an absolute discharge - meaning he admitted guilt but received no penalty, reported La Presse.
