Prescription for lenses

I have my medical in exactly a week. When I spoke to the lady (whom I interpreted to be the medic) on the phone she suggested that I bring a copy of my prescription for my glasses. I had every intention of doing so until I discovered my only copy of my most recent prescription had been mailed off to an insurance company (sic). I do not have enough time to get another prescription from a professional between now and then. Does anyone have any ideas as to how this will affect my medical?

Try getting a fax number at the CFRC and ask the insurance company to fax a copy.

It may delay the completion of your medical documentation until you provide a copy.

Does your optician have a copy on file? Go see him, photograph it with your cell phone. Mail it to yourself. Print it.

Voila.


P.S.: Never give away the last copy of a document that you may need again.
