Proposal for CAP R to be run as Weekend course ????

Having RTU off the last course of BIOC Ph II that was the combined Reg F/PRes course, I agree.  It doesn't help the PRes much that officers aren't being offered even the chance at qualifications that Reg F get, as it was under the old way (where those who were able trained on Phase, and the rest went MITCP).  At this point, I want to get my quals sorted as quickly as possible, but I almost feel - well - guilty for being able to do it in the "condensed" fashion that truly seperates me from the rest of my erstwhile Reg F "peers".  Creating two standards for leadership isn't congruent with the trend toward trying to integrate Reservists into deployments, and even the current initiatives aren't exactly receiving rave reviews.
