FWIW, the Executives who are best at doing the right thing have tended to be, in my experience, mainly female.

“The buck stops here” approach doesn’t tend to work where the old boys’ (literally) network is in force.

I’ve found that women don’t tolerate the stupid shit that male managers do tolerate. The old boys network tends to protect their own.
