hi there, I am a current university student. I was always interested in joining the Canadian forces, however, I wasn't a Canadian citizen, recently I got a Canadian passport and am eligible to apply. I wanted to apply full time to RMC and still do, however, I am not certain at this point of time about the procedure for a current university student. I have finished a year and a half of my university education. Any answers will be really appreciated.

Thanks
Sanjam

It is very unlikely that you will be able to attend RMC.

Should you apply to the CF and for the ROTP program (to have your education paid for) most likely they will tell you to continue your education at the institution you are already attending.

Having said THAT however ... as it has been said MANY times here ... every situation is different and you should go in to your local recruiting center and have your specific situation and circumstances evaluated.

thanks otis, i was wondering, i know there is also a plan where you can go to rmc but you have to pay, is it possible offer me to get into that program?

Your best bet is always contacting your nearest recruiting centre as well.
