hey just a quick question,
I just received an email saying they have received all copies of all required documents and my file is going to be sent to Halifax for processing,
my local recruiting center is not Halifax NS, it is Fredericton NB.
Does your file not normally get sent to your local recruiting center? This will be quite a long drive if I have to travel to Halifax to do everything.
I did try to get a hold of North Bay but they are very hard to get a hold of, I will however keep trying.

Thanks

Best bet is to call your local recruiter.  They will know how their files are being handled.

I do not have the list in front of me, but the recruiting system is divided into zones, with headquarters and subordinate recruiting centres.  It is probable that Halifax is the headquarters responsible for Fredericton; thus, the hile wuold go to Halifax for processing before being sent to the local recruiting centre.

Best advice is per above, and talk to the local recruiting centre.

And, pulling up the Detailed Department Listing report from HRMS, the CFRC in Fredericton is a detachment of Halifax.
