Quick Question

Okay I am going off to BMQ in 3 days and I know after that I gotta do my SQ, MOC etc. My question is, during weapons training and qualifications, say I perform equally good on the c7, c8, and c9. Can I put in a request on what weapon to get. I know its up to them what I am assigned. I would prefer the c8, but from what I understand only the Armor corp get them cause of their size, I could be wrong though. But I wouldnt mind the c7 at all. I just do not want the c9. So I was wondering if I could put in a request to not get it. I would just prefer a rifle rather than a machine gun.

If no, Its no big deal, who knows I might like it better. But in all honestly, I would much rather a rifle.

I know similar questions have been asked. I have searched for them, but they didnt answer this question so please do not request that I do a search because I made sure that was the first thing I did.

Your section commander will decide what weapon you carry.

Submitting memos to try and influence that decision will not be accepted with grace.

Your proficiency with the search function, much like your proficiency with a C7, C8, C9 or any other weapon, will improve with practice.
