It's probably a good thing this isn’t the typical response from people pissed off at VAC. I don’t know if the courts could keep up with the cases.
 
We were always told no matter what happened to you, you are responsible for your actions.

No one else. There maybe mitigating circumstances but you alone are responsible.
I’m curious what this dude’s service looked like. He’s been in and out of trouble for a lot of years now. Not sure what trade/unit he was or if he deployed at all. All I saw in one article was a reference to PTSD from a ‘shell’ exploding near him during training.
