Hi guys!

The 3 different paths of joining have been discussed and it was really interesting, but I'd appreciate if someone with experience can elaborate a bit more about the career choice. I think this guy said he was looking to join Logistics or Intelligence. What are the chance of being accepted in those positions, considering the recruiting process goes well?

Brief description of myself. I am 21, will complete my bachelor in business administration in 2 years and I seriously consider joining Logistics - regular Officer. I'm still in the process of gathering informations.

Thank you!

Edit for clarifications.

Hi,
First of all, Intelligence is pretty much out of the question for you unless you have prior military experience, or are thinking of joining the reserves.
Logistics is a relatively easy classification to get into..  harder than say, Infantry, but easier than some specialist classifications.  I am assuming since you are almost done your degree in Business Admin that you are thinking about going Officer.  Business Admin is one of the preferred degrees to become a Logistics Officer.  I suggest you check out your local Recruiting Centre (on the web or in person) and people there would be more than happy to help you out.
In the meantime, here is a link to the Logistics Branch website that describes the trade and the training/postings a Logistics Officer goes through to become qualified.  It might give you an idea of whether it is what you thought it was and if it's what you want to do:

Hope this helps,
Shadow

Considering your present Posting/Assignment, I would imagine you are in a position to accurately provide a statistical over view of the CAF.s (Army) Permanant Force.   1. Total applications Rec'd 2. Total applicants
enrolled(all Branch's inclusive). 3. Totals of rejected applications by group due to Health, Education, Others.
for at least the last 12 months or the year of 2004.

If you are unable, could you please supply a link that this information would be available

Sorry not that helpful.  Try an Information Act request.
