There are a number of things to consider: in the 2012 timeframe, did you elect to take PiL?

If not, and you are released medically, the amount will be one week of pay at your substantive rank and IPC on release for each year of service, calculated to two decimal places, to a maximum of thirty years.

The weekly rate of pay (for a Reg F member) is calculated by dividing the monthly rate by 30, then multiplying that result by 7.
