We make no distinction between a heavy det course and a light det course.  Its all covered in one NCCIS course.  Now I say that in respect to Operators, not techs, because in their case, I understand that there is both a heavy and a light det course.

That is correct JSR Op, Jeff has done his Light Det course, but not his Heavy yet. For the light det course over 50% was done at MicroMarket training - it was all IT server type stuff ... he is hoping to do Heavy in the fall/winter.
