Google Battle Pro -- there is an app and a webpage I believe. It should have enough to get you started.
BUT: if you show up at BMOQ knowing "too much" you may nt have the easier time you were hoping for.
All this stuff will be taught to you. That's why the first letter of BMOQ/BMQ is B for BASIC.

Thank you. You are right, these things should be learnt at the right place and at the right time.
 
Great work learning ahead, understanding these will definetly make your time in the field more easier especially during your final test, watch youtube videos they will give you a rough idea of how to properly use and say each one

the only issue with this is if anything changes from the time the guide was written to now, they may pick up bad habits that are hard to break.

I went through PPCLI BSL as a student after teaching on a RegF ISCC at the RCR BSL when I CT'd.
Knowing too much can be a significant impediment at times.

Also as @sarahsmom pointed out above you may not have current (or at least what the School wants done for your course).
There is the right way, the wrong way, and the school way...
