They've been selling these at the 1 RCR kit shop for a little while and they are becoming quite popular.

However, despite being a kit slut, I'm reluctant to drop the $260 they're asking for it as I'm kinda burnt out on spending tons of $ on kit that serves little purpose outside of work.  Plus, throwing up a hooch is easy enough and the ground sheet is versatile.  I like the idea of self contained shelters and the pop up bug net/hooch things in the desert were terrific.

See it on amazon.com for $159 though.  I *might* get it sent to a UPS store in the states to get one on time for an upcoming Bde ex.

just watch out. I was just looking at the measurments on the snug pack. Its only 71" long. Thats 5' 11".....seems alful small....

that one from MEC is 7'5" long. Bit more reasonable.

Since you're talking about using it at work, it might be worthwhile to point out that the Snugpak is colour-appropriate and has a low silhouette whereas the Big Agnes doesn't look like it has either of those qualities.  I could easily be wrong, but off the top of my head I can't really envision a circumstance where one would be living in a hootch but not worried about those criteria.

The Big Agnes would be the clear winner for non-military use, but I don't think it passes the Sergeant-Major test.
