Considering the Council (industry-funded, voluntary & self-regulating - more from their "About Us" page here) covers (at last count) about 760 TV & radio stations (check them all out here, here and here), any ideas on how they might "actually watch the news to ensure compliance"? Easier said than done, methinks ....

In theory a good start - if the Cosmic Butterfly Corporation was one of the voluntary participants.
