Scott taylor frequently has the dumbest opinions on nearly every military topic. His proposed solution to fix the CAFs struggle to train what it intakes is to introduce conscription, and intake more people.

As a somewhat interested observer, the response to the guard on social media was amazing, to say the least. Mr Taylor has his opinion, and I get the concern to manage (ie: reduce) waste; I can think of some DLN activities that ought to be shelved...

For one brief moment I interpreted "TB" as Treasury Board...but that would be "TBS."

TBS is the Secretariat (staffers).

TB is the actual Board comprised of 14 cabinet ministers, six primary and eight alternates.
