TF 03-06 Question

I have heard through the grapevine that the HLTA for TF 03-06 has been scrapped.   Has anyone heard anything to this effect?   Can they actually cancel leave for a tour?   I heard that they did this during one of the earlier rotos in the 'Gan.

I realize that believing the rumours in the army is laughable at the best of times....just wanted to know if anyone had heard anything similar.

Spoke to the wife of a CIMIC mbr the other day, she confirmed that his HLTA has been canned.

I haven't heard it anywhere else yet, but if two people heard it, it must be true  ;D

HLTA is a bonus - too many years in Yugo seems to have caused us to expect it....

I have heard from a very good source that some people are getting $$ in lieu of HLTA. I don't know if it applies to everyone though.

Great rumour gentleman...seeing how that TF is not even stood up and thier departure date is far away, Heck, TF 01-06 isn't even off the ground yet!

How about you all just sum up and wait for the chain of command tell you.

I concur....if it's gonna happen, it's gonna happen.  Not much to be done about it.  Thanks for the input!
