Thank You Mike Bobbitt, for adding "certipay" to the subscription pay list. Its really nice to see Army.ca is keeping up with the times. I use this method all the time to transfer money to my daughter who is away at university and its so easy and secure. and its free!

Niner finally gave me the green light to subcsribe, but only if i cancel one of my other magazine subcriptions, it's a no brainer.
