The Royal Bank of Canada Screws Up

Pretty bad when a bank repo's a car that was free and clear. No surprise then that they are being sued. Long story short the car owner was given his car back.

More importantly, how was he registered as a loan guarantor for someone else’s loan without his knowledge/agreement? ???
