I wonder if NATO were able to identify the ships the UAVs were being launched from we'd have the legal justification to board and seize them?

I can think of a few (thankfully now retired) CAF members who were probably undiagnosed for some kind of mental issue. Maybe we need to make sure we hit our 'target' of 8%

i've said the same for russia's shadow fleet of tankers. They deny its existence, so there should be no problem if we seize them, drain the tanks and sink them.
