The War in Ukraine

And you guys complain about the TAPV...

Oh hey, it's my favorite Russian propagandist who calls for the nuclear obliteration of the UK (and who's son lives in London) at least 3 times per week.

Major drone and missile strike currently (still!) unfolding.

  • Bryansk Chemical Plant struck with multiple Storm Shadows.
  • Drones struck power substations all over the Bryansk region.
  • A thermal power plant is burning in Smolensk.
EDIT: There are also reports of Neptunes and Flamingos being used, lots of footage of stuff that flew in is coming out.
EDIT 2: Very early reports that the Plant is completely destroyed, it's a key producer of gunpowder, explosives, and rocket components for Russian artillery/MLRS so there's explosives all over the place.

also looks like Ukraine is ensuring that a Donald Trump scenario never happens again
I wonder what ukraine ordering 100-120 of them will do to the unit cost of the Gripen E, which is at about 85 million each

so Canada, with an area of almost 10 million sq. km figures 88 a/c will do the trick whilst a country 1/10 our size opts for over 100. I think we are looking at our requirements all wrong. We are thinking peace with a commensurate military size but as Europe is starting to do, we need to think about war. Because when we need it we will need it now

Geography in and of itself does not dictate requirements.
