Looks like they buckled a gate. That will not be fun to fix. They have to let the water level drop, build an upstream cofferdam around that gate and then do the repairs.
Ukraine could help. If they fly another drone into the gate, the water wil go down all by itself and they won't need the cofferdam

First soldiers complain that resupply has failed and they don't have enough water. Now they complain about too much water.
