            Has anybody here tried Training for the Tactical Athlete Assessment & Selection (SFAS) fitness program? If you have, did you think it was a good program? Did you plateau? Did you modify the program? How fit did you get? Did you re-do the program once you finished it?

It looks like a really good program. I would follow it but I'm on another program which is turning out to be pretty good. I am currently following Midwestfit.com (WFS) and I'm sore for 2-4 days after each strength session. There is also running 3-4 days a week incorporated.

One thing about the program is, unless I read it wrong, It has you doing strength exercises 6 days in a row, plus there's a lot of lower body work (not necessarily a bad thing). But if you can do it and not get injured I'm sure it would be extremely effective.
