Looks like the eye is tracking right up the valley, up to about the Black Rock/Halls Harbour area before jinkin' over your folks way.  Other than being a little breezy, there is SFA happening here in Shearwater, where it is normally breezy anyways.

I hope it blows itself out before it makes NB as much as possible and that nobody suffers loss of life or property down on the south shore and up along Digby county, which probably will be the worst of the areas hit, what with the high tide combined with it.

I just noticed the track has it going directly over home too (Summerside PEI).  It shouldn't be much of anything then though.

They should be good-to-go Rockpainting-type ... it seems to have dumped most of the water well east of us.

Had the troops out this morning for their 1st work-up of the fall BFT cycle, lots of water out in Argonaut, couple tree branchs down ... nothing very serious around here though.

The rain has even stopped already ... finally ...

I don't think the eye is that big.  It has been nice out since I got up at 0630 (its 0915 now), and the forecast is saying sun for the rest of the day.

They predicted "sun" for here today.  Unfortunately, they failed to mention the thick layer of clouds in between here and the sun (during daylight hours).  ;D
