The work of a cabinet minister is mostly not in Parliament. Remember that the role is primarily executive, not legislative. And the executive is gonna be stupid busy.

Many of these Liberals know they are toast, no matter what. If they turn against Trudeau as Francis Drouin did publicly today, they set themselves up in the future as "I should be Liberal leader because I stood up against Trudeau back in '24...."

WE need a PM (like Pierre, just admit it already) who will actually do what is needed on security and defence (hell, even the Liberals are admitting it needs doing but they act like its suddenly news). As far as a trade war? Canada has resources the US needs. We square away our borders, defence and get a prime minister who stops insulting Trump at every turn, they can stand firm, fight for Canadian trade and gain respect. Why should Trump respect Trudeau? Trudeau and his clown buffonery has lost respect from global leaders as it is. And Trudeau deserves it.
