He may bitch and moan - more likely quietly move on to the next shiny thing - but I don't think he has actively moved against a court ruling. If he did, and directed his federal minions to ignore it, he would leave himself and other open to prosecution and impeachment for whatever that is worth).

It will be interesting to see how the hardcore rapid MAGA folks try to spin this.
 
It's quite amusing at how much a bunch of you circle the wagon and jump all over an issue with visceral hatred because Trump.

The fact is a lot of people in the US aren't cool with birth tourism, Trump tried to do something about it, he lost a battle but not yet the war.

Perhaps they can take a measure of comfort in the fact that six of the current nine U.S. Supreme Court justices were appointed by Republican presidents.

Especially considering the 2024 victory by the former president makes it the first time that a Republican candidate won the popular vote since George W. Bush in 2004.

To find the next instance of a Republican winning the popular vote, you’d have to go back another 16 years to when Bush’s father, George H. W. Bush, won the 1988 election .

Watched a podcast featuring Mexican media reporting it is Canada not participating in CUSMA prep meetings and being generally absent in this.

We are not getting the full truth from Canadian media.
