It seems that Hegseth still has the confidence of the President. From my perspective, it's far more important that he has the confidence of the 2.1M service members he is responsible for. Honour would say it's time for him to fall on his sword, but I expect him not to, which will say much about his honour, or lack thereof.

I wouldn't expect US service members to be any more worried about confidence in the Secretary than ours have in the Minister.

It's interesting that Bacon said he had doubts about Hegseth when he was first nominated for the position. May be if he and others like him had acted on their feelings they wouldn't be in this shit-show!
