Trump administration 2024-2028

Gentle hint, it's not a heavy metal band..... ...facepalm.
She really is the gift that keeps on giving.
Comedians and cartoonists must love this adminstrative.
That’s a really frightening job for the office holder to be inept at. The U.S. is bitching at Canada about threats to their national security but then they appoint that individual to DHS? Why should we take their security seriously if they clearly don’t?

I think she said what she said on purpose. Knowing this video would go viral, and re-define Habeas Corpus to the general public, and muddy the waters even more on what authority the US President DJT has.

Never met her have you…

Multiple members of POTUS47’s cabinet are flouting various laws, budgets, etc.

More 'Trumped up' claims...

U.S. adviser reportedly pushed officials to rewrite intelligence so it would not be used against Trump

Link between gang and Venezuela, used to fast-track deportations from the U.S., may not actually exist

Joe Kent argued that while the Venezuelan government may not have specifically directed the activities of the Tren De Aragua gang, it would be logical for Venezuela, a U.S. adversary, to send gang members across the border. (Jenny Kane/The Associated Press)

A top adviser to Tulsi Gabbard, the U.S. director of national intelligence, acknowledged in a March 24 email that the Venezuelan government may not have specifically directed the activities of a gang that the Trump administration has used to justify fast-tracking deportations of immigrants, but argued that a link between Caracas and the gang was "common sense."

U.S. President Donald Trump has used a claim that Tren de Aragua is co-ordinating its U.S. activities with the Venezuelan government of President Nicolas Maduro to invoke the Alien Enemies Act to justify deportations of alleged gang members to a maximum-security prison in El Salvador. Some legal scholars have argued invoking the act requires a connection to a foreign government.

How can people still defend and carry water for this regime. If this was happening in public view in any other country, they'd be demanding regime change.
Because the ones that defend and carry that water are ok with and wanted exactky that sort of thing.

Most jurisdictions allow for unlawful arrests to be resisted - I think the ICE folks went a little off the reservation when considering who they where dealing with, and then everything went off the rails with pushing and shoving on both sides.
Either everyone is equal before the law, or they are not. Who a person is should be inconsequential. Is there one set of processes for Joe Ordinary and a different one for Katie Congress?

Anyone watch what The Donald just did to the SA President in the White House - unreal - totally put him on the hot seat.

That's what people voted for.

Well Brad please let me know when John Q Public is sent on a Congressional Fact Finding, and is then denied entry to the Federal Faciltity they are trying to audit.

The entire issue was bad judgment on both sides, but Federal LE have zero mandate to stop Congressional oversight.
