Someone is commenting in real time as Judge Reyes interrogates Dept of Interior and Dept of Justice attorneys on the plan to close the golf course in DC.

I'm not a lawyer, but I assume when a judge pulls out a dictionary to explain words to lawyers that their case is not going well.

Also might be problematic when the Judge says:

Reyes: And you are telling me even now, EVEN NOW, when DOJ has conceded that there was a plan to close on Nov 15, you are still saying to me, as the 3rd highest-ranking official in DOJ, not to believe the POTUS?
