You don’t like Canada. Your right to feel that way. I also have no issues with Canadians of convenience. Contribute and benefit. Once you are done feel free to leave. But don’t expect your comments to just be taken with a smile.

And the US has an immigration process you should check out. Better hurry though as that window might get tighter soon.

The US likely has concerns Canada is weak on national security (compromised by adversaries at high political level) and therefore wants to close that gap somehow.

I recall in another thread, one of the longer serving, and less controversial, members of this forum articulated several examples of professionals they knew personally that had left Canada for the US... I doubt it was for lack of patriotism... but rather opportunity and pragmatism. This is not good for our country.

Canada, and people like you, should be careful what you wish for. People will only "suck it up" for so long.
