It’s a slight drift from the general topic of threats to other nations’ sovereignty, and potential economic pressure and sanctions that can be levied in return.

Not very hard to draw the line between threatening Denmark with tariffs/annexing Greenland and the price of Ozempic…

I’m not sure the US would have any soft power left if they forced the annexation of anything.
In any case, I’m pretty sure he’s doing what he does best, create confusion and an abscence of factual information. That way, he can say, whatever happens, that it’s what he intended and it’s great for America.
