alright well to start things off, im a bit over weight. well i have been running training all day everyday doing pushs up and situps whenever i get a chance. i have lost 6 pounds in 3 days, i eat healthy but today i jogged/ran 45 min 3-4 km maybe even 5 i don't know. But anyways i feel so tired, sorta hungry all the time, very tight, i just want to drop dead and sleep. im doing the medical and all that stuff september 11th so i have 4 weeks to get ready for it. any help or tips to avoid being tired and hungry and so uptight? thanks in advance.
