I guessing, but now that Arizona, Pennsylvania, Georgia and North Carolina have returned to grey, as in, too close to call, transition is moot at this point. Biden is back to 259, meaning he is no longer the President Elect.
Have I got that right?

No, but you must have hot feet from walking on burnt ground. ;)

Well, RCP has put PA into the undecided column... Biden at 259... so not President elect?

Maybe my post from the other day was prematurely deleted by the admin.

RCP must be wrong. FOXNews called Pennsylvania for Biden already.

Are you saying that RealClearPolitics.com is the authority regarding vote counts and validity (or not) of Biden as President-Elect? ???

Link to who might be saying that?

Sec Pompeo just stated there will be a smooth transition... to a second Trump term.  If Trump pulls off a win, I can't imagine the destruction from the radical left that will follow...

Likely not as strong as had Trump won the total landslide that you personally prognosticated earlier in this thread...

Biden is no longer President Elect. 4 States have returned to grey status leaving Biden at 259.

No states have "returned" to grey status on realclearpolitics.com.  They were never declared either way by the website.  The claim that the status has changed is false and has been propagated by the Whitehouse.

False narrative.

Well, I still may be more right than wrong if it is determined there was significant voter fraud that changed outcomes in certain electoral districts.  Let's wait and see what happens.

"Calling" is just a well-educated guess.  The anointment or self-arrogation of the title "President-Elect" is just a well-educated guess.  Don't attach too much importance to unofficial, albeit customary, rituals; particularly, don't assume that there is one person, agency, or organization which is the designated caller.  Most times the result is clear enough on election night that everyone can get on with the business of preparing for the next inauguration.  This time it is not.

Honestly, the Trump side is in denial of reality mode.

What a mess.

The reality is simply that there are legal challenges in play and the outcome as predicted by the MSM could change.

No. As mentioned before, they are flooding the court system to create a narrative that does not match reality.

I would be stating the exact same thing if the Dems were trying this stunt.

The outcome will not change.  They are delaying the inevitable and causing damage for no other reason than being sore losers.

But per the law I cited earlier, for the purposes of the public sector transition process, there is. That’s the General Services Administrator. I posted the exact section of law that empowers her to make the call and on what grounds. It’s absolutely fair game to compare the norms in this regard (it’s a law dating back to 1963) to what’s happening now. They can absolutely lay the groundwork for a transition, and then not follow through should the situation unexpectedly change. But there is no reasonable prospect for a reversal of the election. We’re seeing nothing more than a tantrum pitches through the courts.

Anything that harms the efficacy, credibility, and legitimacy of the peaceful transition of power harms America.

They have altered the deal.  Pray they do not alter it further (start investigating people who are talking to foreign governments).

I see what you did you there.  LOL...

The Evil Empire lost in those movies.  Just saying...

Obama:  A new hope
Trump: Empire Strikes Back
Biden: Return of the Jedi

The Death star was blown up.  Ewok covid spreading parties.  Time to move on.

In case anyone is wonderdering who Black Americans voted for,

The Wall Street Journal

10 Nov., 2020

Black Americans overwhelmingly backed Biden in the election,

https://www.wsj.com/articles/black-americans-largely-rebuked-trumps-overtures-helped-lift-biden-11605021114

Black Americans overwhelmingly backed President-elect Joe Biden in the 2020 election, largely rejecting years of effort from President Trump to peel away support from one of the Democrats’ most crucial voting blocs.

Nationally, Mr. Trump earned slightly more support from Black voters compared with 2016, according to a comparison of this year’s AP VoteCast survey to the Pew Research Center’s validated voter survey in 2016. He carried 8% of Black voters this year, compared with 6% four years ago.

I would be stating the exact same thing if the Dems were trying this stunt.  I don't recall you doing anything of the sort during the Flynn, Mueller, or impeachment scandals.

The outcome will not change.  They are delaying the inevitable and causing damage for no other reason than being sore losers. If the outcome doesn't change, that would be the best possible outcome for Biden and the country, don't you think?

Agreed.  But enjoying watching the Democrats and their supporters burn for a change; again, maybe it will prompt them to seek changes to prevent recurrences, or forego the temptation next time the positions are reversed.  Or maybe all such people are irretrievably narrow-minded self-serving hypocritical scapegoating partisans.

The Trump campaign is really scratching the bottom of the barrel for anything that isn't there:

AP Explains: Election’s validity intact despite Trump claims

Nonpartisan investigations of previous elections have found that voter fraud is exceedingly rare. State officials from both parties, as well as international observers, have also stated that the 2020 election went well.

You won't recall anything about the impeachment trial because I've stated that it was a witch hunt that would lead nowhere and when the report came out that it was time to move on.

I stayed out of the Flynn thing as well.  Only that he was indicted for lying.

Stop projecting QV.

NONE of that is the same as attacking the democratic process.
