Fair selection of sturdy, proven designs out there, assuming the payload can be dropped out the back, rather than bomb-bay style. Equally, if a bomb-bay makes more sense, how much of a nuisance would a B-52 Mk II be to build, assuming the Good Idea Fairy can be kept away?Colin P said:Building a low threat operation aircraft, with high payload, long loitering times based on a commercial airframe would be a good bone to throw to aircraft companies.
