1. I know that the people coming out of RMC in Kingston have / had patrol blues.... you or your RQ might want to try your luck there.... OR thru the CGG (I know they got a batch some time or other) OR, your allied regiment in the UK

or! and I'm not being sarcastic here at all. if you've got an Indian friend who might also be in, ask them to take measurements for you and get it made in India. The Indian Army still wears primarily British style uniforms. They can make blues with minimal problems

I think you maybe confused... you're NAVY. the NAVY does NOT wear Patrols. WE wear high collar white chokers. If you want to get a set of Blues to pattern to make a set of WHITES, then don't waste your time. Go and search for Navy Whites on the forum, and you'll see I've linked to a site that'll ship you whites for $120 roughly.
