yep.... so i showed up today in anticipation for my testing...
finished up the aptitude test (only 3 of us in the room), had part one of the medical taken care of.... procceded into part 2 of the medical and thats when i started getting the feeling that this was going to sink me.
so, everything thus far had been fine... everything up to snuff and ready to go asap.
except... the med officer wouldn't sign off on me being fit for duty...
#1 my right shoulder has had previous dislocations in the past, but since having surgery a few years ago has been 110% with no more problems
#2 apparently my urine sample had traces of protein in it.... his explaination was probably due to having worked out or some other activity the day before.. which i had worked out yesterday such is my routine.
so because of these two 'problems' i now have to travel back home, get into my doctor so he can sign off on the forms... and then get them back to the med officer.
so i just went from being inches away from making the summer bmq, to now having to wait multiple weeks (if not months as I have read) while borden recieves my file and hopefully signs off on it.
oh well.
you still cannot imagine my frustration at this point ;D
