What are Recruiters Looking For ?

I know in my previous posts about recruiting iv been told to just go and ttalkk to a recruiter. but for now id like some feedback on what the forum feels recruiters are looking for. Like what qualities/experiences/credentials you feel would best benefit you or DID benefit you through the recruiting process. Specifically the infantry if anyone has made it into the infantry what did you feel about yourself really stood out and made you a better candidate . In your opinion.  Such as before enlisting what are things a person could work on/towards to make himself have a better chance and to have more qualities then the majority of people enlisting. As im sure there are many. and im sure there is a cut off where they would pick one person over the otherr.
