You will also get lessons on dismounted infantry ops, mainly conduct of the defensive, principles of war, etc. I have my SQ notes somewhere at home, it's not very exciting stuff. I think Mine Awareness was on there too.
I did reserve SQ last summer. We were still being taught the 84mm SRAAW(M) - Carl Gustav. I hear it's not being taught now, but I cannot confirm this. Other than that, you will learn the C6 General Purpose Machine Gun in the light role, and possibly the improvised firing positions, and the C9 Light Machine Gun, as well as the hand grenades that were already mentioned.
Think of SQ as stuff every soldier should know. How to defend themselves if they're in it deep, how to conduct a nav or recce, how to use weapons that are common to most trades.
If you are reg force, there will probably be loads of additional stuff someone else can fill you in on.
If you search through the archives, you will find a thread on SQ course content. Someone gave me a list of everything that's taught on SQ last year when I asked about SQ then.
Good luck!
