Quick question...sorry If the thread has been on before, I did search but found nothing.

I would like to have peoples opinion about 2 training mode.

Is it better to train toward the acheivement of doing the 2,4Km under 13 minutes 20 second, or, is it better to train toward the acheivement of doing the 13Km under 2hours 20 minutes?

thanks for your opinions.  :salute:

Apples and oranges.  They are two completely different things, utilizing completely different abilities.  one involves carrying heavy things a medium distance, the other involves running yer arse off for a short distance.  Train for both.  It's like asking if you should study for the Chem exam, or the Algebra exam.

When I was in scholl I had a prof. with a very simply approach to training......"work like a horse, eat like a horse"

What the hell does that have to do with anything........

Simply if you are fit you are fit.  As the other fella's have said cross train.  The muscles will always be learning and you will keep them on their toes...so to speak.

Muscles have memory (very simply put) they learn to do only what you teach them.....

If you teach them lots, they can do lots.....

Sorry had to correct the wich for which....back to your regularily scheduled topic...
