Saildrone has produced and operated a total fleet numbering over 136 uncrewed surface vehicles (USVs) globally.

Fleet and Production Overview

Total Vehicles: The active Saildrone fleet surpassed 136 autonomous vehicles with broader manufacturing milestones targeting upwards of 100 to over 130 built over recent years.

Current Production Rate: The company actively builds mid-size Voyagers at a rate of one per week and large-size Surveyors at a rate of one per month.

European Expansion: Saildrone recently expanded manufacturing to international shipyards in the Netherlands, Norway, and Poland to meet growing defense demands.
