I would like to see the CAF training plan to get all reg force officers and WOs or higher to BBB in the next 5 years while also expanding the force structures and integrating all the new equipment that all the services are bringing on line.

It’s got to be one heck of an amazing plan.

I'd say 6. The current fleet of 4 is too small to provide a consistent level of service. And upgrading to Globals is particularly nice. A Global 6500 is double the size of a Challenger with 50% more range. Should enable a lot more executive travel. Will add too that the Global 6500 is becoming a popular platform for ISR missions too.

We’ve actually used Challengers to move aircrew across Canada (nothing saying you can’t ask for them. Sometimes it works!).

They are comfy, but very tight. I am told (anecdotally, of course) that a surf board is a tight squeeze…

Globals would be a nice upgrade.
