I would like to see the CAF training plan to get all reg force officers and WOs or higher to BBB in the next 5 years while also expanding the force structures and integrating all the new equipment that all the services are bringing on line.

It’s got to be one heck of an amazing plan.

If there is no plan, or the target isn't met, on whom will the sword of consequences fall?

I'd really like to see those who set or support unattainable objectives suffer heavy consequences for a change.

Treasury Board’s OL policy and the OL machine is a self licking ice cream cone that has more power than it should.

My guess is this is an external to CAF decision and CAF is just implementing the direction.
