Liberal Minority Government 2025 - ???

And PP didn't change up his campaign when JT was dumped. It's never PPs fault, the buck stops elsewhere.
The onus is on him to win or lose. That being said, he was up against a juggernaut.

Enjoy Liberal Canada for the next several years.

Go back and read some of the old comments here. Some of you crapped all over O'Toole (who I agree was rather weak) and you did same to Scheer. And some of you are the same ones who defended Trudeau and a few of you (even less) justified Jagmeet as "kingmaker" role in the last parliament (Look what that did to the NDP).

Imagine if the CPC threw Harper to the dirt after the 2004 election? What a different world we would be in.

Yup, keep clamouring for Pierre's ouster, we know who need to beat Carney. Not like Carney's doing a good job (he sucks at politics and its reputation that carries him for now).

Is Pierre magic? Hell no. His platform is rock solid and his policy proposals still stand stronger now than they did in 2025 election.

Keep hyper focusing in a knee jerk reaction on the leader of the opposition and whatever you do, don't judge the Liberals critically, that would be "un-Canadian"

I never expected such high praise of PMMC from you!
Believe it or not, I still much prefer him to Trudeau. and the Liberals created a heavyweight world champion who never even stood in the octagon so to speak. The Liberals have a strong campaign team.

The Liberal base is very forgiving whenever the elect their party to power and the promises being fulfilled are lacking.

Or getting bribed

They are not in the political hinterland by a long shot. The position they do hold in spite of a blatant propaganda campaign is amazing.

Let the LPC have garbage like Michael Ma (Who has now hurt the LPC with his stupid comments) and Matt Jeneroux (Lied through his teeth).

Doing what is right is not always popular. The CPC has an an excellent platform and if they build on it over the next few years, it will only get better.

Stay the course or just give up, your call.
Ma is anecdotal evidence that China controls a number of Canadian politicians. The riding he represents has been at the top of the foreign interference/election shenanigans' for decades now so I wouldn't hold that one in particular against Pierre. The fact that he was on the China trip the following week was blatant and in your face

While a few here are quick to celebrate their perceived defeat of Pierre and celebrating the soon to come majority of the Liberals, ask yourself, what are you celebrating?

Your team won the majority?

Or that Canada continues to fall to shambles while the Liberals do nothing?

show me any post where someone is celebrating the coming Liberal majority. Being critical of PP and the CPC is not the same as supporting the Liberals and MC.

Well then, tell us how Pierre should have change direction last election? Do tell? Explain. What should he have done to beat the Liberal CBC propaganda juggernaut.

fuck if I know, it's not my job to know those things, pretty sure the CPC has people on the payroll to think about that stuff. Still doesn't change the fact that being critical of PP is not the same as supporting the Liberals. I notice you also can't show anyone here "celebrating the coming liberal majority" like you claimed had happened.

tell you what.
If (as expected) a group of 5 or more MPs from central B.C. soon cross the floor to the LPC, it won’t be due to problems with Poilievre. It will occur because there might be a fundamental political engineering shift underway in the Liberal Party.

by your standards, harper would have never been PM.

If you look at her professional background pre-politics, I’m not at all surprised PM Carney would want her onboard. I’m sure there’s a position on offer.
I wonder when she's calling the byelection. 3 months ago she was calling for those byelections for floor crossers. She's also closer to the PPC than LPC so why is Carney courting the fringe right of the CPC?

Start with all of the things that we pointed out back then and got shouted down.
In my view, I was quite happy with his campaign. 59% of Canadians were not. Funny how so many watch these podcast now and then say "where was this Pierre..."

F me, Same guy. Slightly different presentation. He had zero chance to win last election.
