New information challenges military’s account of deadly Wainwright fire | Globalnews.ca

Weather records, satellite observations and expert analysis suggest the deadly CFB Wainwright fire was growing for hours before it overran soldiers.

Was already posted further up, anyway some of this investigation will come down to who knew what and when regarding the fire. I do hope this was all tragic accident and not a case of negligence on someone's part.

I will plead to my fellow soldiers and ex-soldiers, please do not feed the media machine. They need stories on slow days and have used the military time and time again for digging up dirt where there wasn't any.

I am asking you, pleading with you. Trust the BOI and the process. I have been involved with BOIs before, they work. They provide answers. They have a lot of legal power backing them up.

I agree with Infanteer's views on training risk.

I had someone claiming to be a investigative reporter reach out to me on this platform because I pointed out what a quick google search could find. There are definitely sharks circling for a feed on this topic.
