Edit: this is two major shooters in quebec bow that have had shooters from Alberta. Hard questiond are going to have to be asked about what going on in AB to radicalize two people to cross the country to do this.

It goes beyond one person, AB has a racism and antisemitism problem. Just look at separatists, and their written plans for if they win. It is a mind set, and its predominantly in rural AB. Friend of mines son is half Philippino, and living in Sylvan lake is almost daily racism. Unfortunately I see this also bleed into the CAF, frequent investigations, lack of cultural awareness. This is something that will take generations to change.

Frequent UDI's involving race or religion, as for awareness its how people carry them selves and act around each other with different cultural backgrounds. Even going from to other brigades and units that are more culturally diverse you see a difference. Point is we do have systems that work but the fact it keeps happening is a reflection of society at large, which shows we have a problem in education and understanding.

In other news, CAF confirms the shooter was released in 2022.
