I Broke a chunk of bone between my big toe and next toe the size of
a quarter somehow while sparring. Also, I tore my groin. Some ligament
or something down my leg and cant do splits anymore let alone a kick
higher than my stomach now :crybaby:

so I plan on fixing it by 2-3 yrs of college in Canada and such.

In Canadian Colleges/Universities you have
a 3 yr degree and a 4 yr degree. Im still trying to figure that
out. So my question in relation to ROTP is, Do you need the 4 yr degree
or will the 3 yr degree work as well?
Tried it today. Didnt run as fast as I usually do but that is ok.
I been running on a treadmill and tried to do the 3:2. For most part,
it worked well and time went faster by counting my steps. Sometimes
it varied from 3:2 to 3:3 to 2:3 it seemed.
I must honestly say, I felt like I had more...
Question: I asked about this from a runner before I read this because I heard it somewhere. The runner told me
NOT to breathe with my stomach when I run. She said to take short breathes like the 3:2 via chest.
Should I try to be the Stomach breathing instead?
