We still perform to the same level as all of these "other militaries", so I don't think that these minimum requirements are to much of a big deal. They are just to ensure that you have at least some physical capability before going to BMQ.

And it will eventually be brought up that just meeting the bare minimum fitness standards will not get you very far in the CF. You will definitely have a tougher go then your fit course mates, or of course they will have a tougher time as a result of you.
I was being a tad sarcastic, but yes I do agree that teamwork is required in McDonalds and grocery stores, as it is in all workplaces and especially in the CF.
However I would not say that working in one is quite similar to the other.

You havent started the process, dont know when you will be transferred nor do you know when BMQ is or if you will have to redo it..I dont know why you are worrying about this.
