    This "child" needs serious help.

    Almost as bad as the 13 year old here in Winnipeg who is charged with shooting another child. The worst part is, apparently he is well known to police with a long list of serious offenses, most of which were committed before he was 12. Of course seeing some of the glue bag parents downtown...

    The parents (who live in the Middleton area) said all they really got from it was wind. Apparently Shelburne took a s*** kicking though.

    Hopefully it will end up being a weak one. They have done that many times in the past but at least you'll be ready. *sigh* I miss the Maritimes. All we get in Manitoba is Tornado watches.

    I'm trying to remember this one in November. I saw some of the articles about it but it still doesn't ring a bell. Your right though about 2003/04 being bad for storms. There was a few good ones.

    The kit shop prices obviously went up a little bit. I got the same stuff, minus cap badge, from the kit shop for half of what you paid when I was there.
