Very good advice Meridian, never bite the hand that feeds you. ;D Dangerboy that's what I did intially, but I had my Sect 2i/c  look over my memo and he told me to include everyone that I want to see it.  Have you ever had to deal with a memo like this?  Again any input would be helpfull.

Well about the joint lock comment, unless you really know what you're doing they are absolutely useless.  But if you know what you're doing and the person isn't hyped on something they are very effective.  But I meant it as you can do something just not start throwing punches or kicks right...

I did mine 2yrs ago for the reserves(same as reg?), I did push ups, sit ups, grip test and it was explained to me you either do 2.4km run or the step test.  I don't think they do the beep test anymore, but I could be wrong.
