A bit early before the CANFORGEN is released, but the window for getting the application sorted out can seem small for those who haven't done it before, so feel free to ask any questions. The competition usually opens up mid-July and closes in October (August for MPO, PLT, ACSO, and AEC).
For myself, I applied for Pilot in 2019 through CEOTP and again in 2020 through both CEOTP and UTPNCM. I did not receive an offer for those years.
Reasons for not applying in subsequent years is my wife and I started growing our family, so I've enjoyed Parental Leave three times since 2021.
Thinking about AEC and AOO this time around. Although I'll have to redo my CFAST in Trenton as my previous results from 2019 are only valid for 5 years.
Looking forward to the discussions in this thread over the next year as people begin to apply and then receive offers in Spring 2027!
